Appointment Policy
We welcome you to our clinic. We have appointments scheduled for your convenience during the Doctors appointment hours. This enables the doctor to perform surgeries, to see client exams and treat sick and hospitalized animals. Emergencies do happen and we will of course take walk-ins.

Pre-surgical Policy
Dogs/Cats - No food or water after owner goes to bed (10 - 11 pm) the night before and bring the pet in on an empty stomach that morning between 7 - 9 am. Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is mandatory for animals over 7 years of age and is highly recommended for animals under 7 years of age.

After-hours Emergency Policy
Dr. Brown can be reached at all hours for after-hours consultation through her answering service. The clinic number 861-3556 is automatically transferred to the answering service and they will call Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown will return the call as soon as possible.
